Dale Griffiths MRICS MA BSc is a private equity professional with over 25 years of global experience. Dale has held several senior management and supervisory board positions with some of the largest names in the private equity industry. Dale previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Heitman, one of the largest investment management groups in the US.

Prior to joining Heitman, he advised Cushman & Wakefield in Germany as a Senior Investment Advisor, responsible for sourcing, structuring and managing investment transactions.

Entrepreneurial by nature, Dale has been involved in a number of start up ventures as well as managing his own real estate portfolio and promotions.

Konstantin has access to many senior executives, business owners and decision makers in the UK and a number of countries in Europe.

Rob joined the National Freight Corporation’s graduate training scheme, which led to a succession of roles up to a C-Suite appointment for a company running 150+ class 8 trucks in national and international operations. After 10 years in the haulage industry, Rob took over an automotive training business in 1995. Since then, the business has gone from strength to strength, with steady organic growth. Ignition deals with many of the biggest global manufacturers in the automotive sector.

Paul McCartie - Director

Lightsource are one of the world’s largest integrated solar companies having built over $3Billion of solar assets. As one of the company’s founders, Paul has overall responsibility for financial structuring of deals and debt project financing of Lightsource’s portfolio of solar assets. He structured and led the procurement of over $1.4 billion of project finance debt in 2015, including the first ever benchmark-sized bond, and the largest ever sterling renewables bond.

Paul’s experience and knowledge, gained throughout a successful career in project finance at Investec Bank and Rolls-Royce Power Ventures, have proved essential to Lightsource’s development and expansion from start-up to industry leader.

John has spent his entire career working in the financial markets. He joined Barclays Capital from college on their graduate training program where he gained a broad experience across equities, fixed income and derivatives before settling in a position in the commodities division.

In 1999 John joined Killik & Co and quickly rose through the ranks and became an Equity Partner in 2006. His investment expertise spans all the major asset classes, with a specialisation in derivatives. He was responsible for the launch and management of Killik & Co’s derivatives offering to retail clients and since 2006 was the sole investment manager of Killik Capital Managed Futures Strategy which he continues to run at Patronus Partners.

John is a CFA charterholder, a Fellow of the Securities Institute and holds a bachelors degree in Industrial Economics.

Kevin Campbell - Technical Director

Kevin has spent his entire 30-year career in the heavy-duty truck market with a particular emphasis on alternative fuels and low-emissions technologies. From his beginnings at the Engine Division of the Los Angeles area Caterpillar distributor, Kevin developed a keen technical knowledge of heavy-duty diesel engines.

His experience led to a role in a partnership with Caterpillar on multiple iterations of a natural gas dual-fuel engine across four engine models. Subsequent technology partners included Volvo Trucks AB and Navistar (International Trucks). Kevin participated in the design, development and marketing of these revolutionary products worldwide.

On graduating from Indiana University, Paul initially joined KPMG as a senior accountant. A little over 3 years later he took a position as a financial controller for American Hi-Lift. An opportunity arose for him to move to Celadon as their financial controller. He worked his way through the ranks and became the CEO and Chairman of Celadon Group Inc, a $1bn top 50 trucking company, where he had a 24-year career in the trucking industry. He joins addvantage as our Executive Vice President of Business Development and brings with him a vast knowledge of every aspect of American trucking.

Stephane’s background as general counsel to major corporations, including Rolls Royce and Bombardier, provides him with comprehensive legal technical grasp, commercial insight and financial acumen, having led the negotiation and successful close of numerous international transactions.

French Canadian by nationality, with an impressive high profile network, Stephane will also be instrumental in supporting addvantage’s expansion in the Canadian market as well as the wider NAFTA region.

Mike joined us from TT Electronics Plc (TTE), where he was one of the lead software, design and development engineers and all-round technical expert, working on a number of client projects at TTE for some of the biggest names in the high-tech sector globally. Mike was also the lead engineer on the addvantage project at TTE and was chiefly responsible for the successful redesign of the physical product. He now leads on all areas of product development, testing, technical monitoring and reporting, and continually liaising with our manufacturers, designers and other third-party specialists.
